Hell yeah! The fastest car is a rental car, after all.
Cool you have a Fiesta though!

Do it. I drove one of these once, and I actually...didn't hate it! In fact, it was pretty decent.

I drove one on a test drive (because my mom wanted a Cruze to be my first car...not my IS300. You know who one that one, somehow lol), and it was a fully loaded RS. Surprisingly, it had decent steering feel, and a peppy engine, like it really wanted to drive. It was slow though, and not really cool at all. There needs to be an SS version lol.

hmm. Interesting. I haven't tried using cruise control, but the brakes don't seem to work on mine.

Yes. I assume that it isn't the turbo, in which case I'm so sorry...

I was surprised at how non buzzy the engine felt on the highway. I drove from Miami to Tampa maintaining roughly 80-85 and it felt pretty steady.
Yeah 135hp is nothing to write home about but it did feel sufficiently peppy.

That's strange. The example I drove had perfectly adequate brakes. The local Enterprise had only taken delivery of it the week before we rented it so it had less than 200 miles on the odometer so I suppose that's why lol.

You'd be surprised at just how many turbo models GM throws into the mix. Their idea is put the better stuff into the customer's hands and the hope is they will then want to buy one. I have seen very few base LS (1.8 litre) models in rental fleet. Most are 1LT and 2LT which come standard with the turbo.

You deserved it you little bastard! Plus, now it's been disastered and it wasn't that bad, so it should be clear sailing from here on out.
